Workflow.

Step 1: Preproduction

Gathering and organising all supporting documentation (CAD, BIM, Details, landscape plans)

Step 2: Modelling

3D modelling: organize geometry on layers, add details and re-model parts if necessary

Step 3: Materials

Adding all the materials and textures to the 3d model according to the project material schedule

Step 4: Camera

Exploring the scene for the best camera angles and compositions

First review: Selection out of 3 different camera angles and correction of views and materials

Step 5: Lights

Adding and experimenting with different types of lighting (daylight, indoor lighting)

Step 6: Internal Styling

Placing furniture and accessories in the scene. Adding people & vehicles to the scene

Step 7: Fine Tuning

Fine tuning lighs, materials, landscape and interiors according to final camera and lights selections

Step 8: Retouching

Colour correction and retouching on final high resolution image
